Accessibility Statement

Version 1.0 · Last updated: September 22, 2026

Kore Web Dynamics LLC is committed to making this site usable by as many people as possible, including people using screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, or reduced-motion settings.

1. Our Commitment

We build websites for a living, so an inaccessible website is not a detail we get to treat as somebody else's problem. We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA on this site and on the sites we build for clients, and we treat accessibility as part of the build rather than a pass at the end.

We are a one-person company. That means we cannot promise a dedicated accessibility team — but it also means your report reaches the person who can actually fix it, the same day.

2. What We Have Actually Done

Specific, verifiable work rather than a general claim:

  • Colour contrast corrected sitewide. Our brand colour measured 3.8:1 against white and was changed to 4.86:1, which fixes every button and link using it.
  • Keyboard access. A skip-to-content link, visible focus indicators, and real <button> and <a> elements rather than clickable <div>s — so keyboard and screen-reader behaviour comes for free instead of being re-implemented badly.
  • Motion. Animation and video respect prefers-reduced-motion. With that setting on, decorative video is not loaded at all and a still image stands in its place, so the page is complete rather than degraded.
  • Alternative text written by looking at each image, never from its filename.
  • Forms use visible labels, and success and error messages are announced to screen readers rather than only appearing on screen.
  • Our AI assistant's replies are announced as they arrive, so a screen-reader user is not left waiting beside a conversation they cannot tell has moved.
  • Structure. Landmarks, sequential headings and schema, so the page can be navigated by structure instead of by scrolling.
  • Screen sizes. Every layout is checked at six screen classes, including landscape phones, where text is most often cut off.

3. Conformance Status

This site is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Partially conformant means most of the site meets the standard and we know of areas we have not finished verifying.

We say partially rather than fully on purpose. Full conformance is a claim that requires every page to have been tested against every criterion, including with real assistive technology. We have done automated checking and manual keyboard testing; we have not completed a screen-reader pass of every page. Claiming more than we have verified would make this statement worth less than saying nothing.

4. Known Limitations

Being specific is more use to you than a general disclaimer:

  • Decorative video and animation. Some sections carry background video that starts on its own. It is silent, hidden from screen readers, and never loads under prefers-reduced-motion — but there is no on-screen pause control, because it is scenery rather than content.
  • Interactive demos. A few pages include demonstrations of design and build techniques. What they convey is also available as text nearby, but the demos themselves are not all fully keyboard operable.
  • Third-party content. The booking calendar and the AI assistant are provided by Google and are outside our control. If either blocks you, contact us and we will help you directly by email or phone.
  • Screen-reader coverage. Manual testing has not yet covered every page with every combination of screen reader and browser.

5. Tell Us About a Problem

If any part of this site is difficult or impossible for you to use, please tell us. You do not need to know why it is happening or what to call it — “I cannot reach the contact form with my keyboard” is a perfect report.

We will acknowledge your report within 2 business days and tell you what we are doing about it. If a fix will take time, we will say so and offer another way to get what you needed in the meantime.

If you need anything from this site in another format — larger text, plain text, or read aloud over the phone — just ask. We will provide it.

6. How We Assess This Site

  • Automated scanning of the codebase against WCAG 2.2 Level A and AA
  • Manual keyboard-only navigation
  • Measured colour-contrast checks rather than visual judgement
  • Layout testing across six screen classes, portrait and landscape
  • Browser accessibility and performance audits

This statement is reviewed whenever we make significant changes to the site, and at least once a year.
