Privacy Policy

I may collect the following types of information:

a. Personal Information

• Contact Information: Name, email address, phone number, mailing address, or other details you provide when contacting me, signing up for services, or interacting via my Facebook page.
• Business Information: Company name, website URL, or other details related to your business when you engage my services.
• Payment Information: Payments by card are handled entirely by Stripe on their own secure pages. I never receive, see, or store your card number or bank details. I hold only what Stripe reports back to me — that a payment succeeded, the amount, and the date. If you pay by cash or cheque, I hold the record of that payment for my own accounts.

b. Non-Personal Information

• Usage Data: How you interact with my website or services, including browser type, device information, pages visited, and time on site. Where an IP address is used to prevent abuse of a form or tool, it is converted immediately to a salted, irreversible fingerprint — the address itself is never written down.The fingerprint only answers “is this the same visitor as a moment ago”.
• Analytics Data: Aggregated data about how the site is used, from two tools that work differently. Google Analytics only runs if you accept cookies — decline, and it is never loaded. Ahrefs Web Analytics runs on every visit, because it is cookieless: it stores nothing on your device, sets no identifier that follows you, and records only anonymous, aggregated page data. There is nothing to consent to, so it is not behind the banner.
• Hosting Data: If you use my hosting plans, data related to your website's performance, server logs, or bandwidth usage.

c. Information from Facebook

When you interact with my Facebook page, I may collect:

• Public profile information (e.g., name, profile picture) based on your Facebook privacy settings.
• Comments, messages, or other content you share with me via Facebook.
• Engagement data, such as likes, shares, or clicks on my posts or ads.

• Provide, operate, and maintain my services, including web, SEO/AEO, hosting, and AI development.
• Process payments and fulfill contracts for my services.
• Communicate with you, including responding to inquiries and providing support.
• Improve my website, services, and marketing efforts through analytics and feedback.
• Personalize your experience, such as tailoring advertising campaigns or recommendations.
• Comply with legal obligations or protect my rights, property, or safety as Kore Web Dynamics LLC.

I do not sell your personal information. I may share it in the following cases:

• Service Providers: Third-party vendors (payment processors, hosting providers, analytics tools) who assist in delivering my services, under confidentiality agreements.
• Business Partners: Advertising or SEO platforms, only with your consent or as part of our service agreement.
• Legal Requirements: If required by law, including compliance with Missouri state laws.
• Business Transfers: In the event of a sale, merger, or transfer of Kore Web Dynamics LLC.

• Storage: Data is stored on secure servers managed by me or by trusted third-party providers, with regular backups. The providers I rely on to run this site and my services are: Vercel (website hosting), hosting.com(client hosting and email), Google (Gemini AI, Analytics, Workspace and Calendar), Ahrefs (cookieless website analytics), Stripe (payments), and Cloudflare where it is in use. Each processes information only to provide its part of the service.
• Security Measures: I use industry-standard practices — encryption, firewalls, and access controls — but no system is completely secure.
• Retention: I keep information only as long as it is genuinely needed. Enquiries that arrive by email are kept while we are in contact and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back to me, then deleted. Records I am required to keep for tax and accounting — invoices and payment records — are kept for as long as the law requires. Newsletter subscribers are kept until they unsubscribe.Deleted information disappears from live systems immediately, and works its way out of backups as those backups rotate.

As a Missouri-based business, I respect your privacy rights, which may include:

• Access: Request a copy of the data I hold about you.
• Correction: Update or correct inaccurate information.
• Deletion: Request deletion of your data, subject to legal or contractual obligations.
• Opt-Out: Unsubscribe from marketing emails or opt out of targeted advertising.

To exercise these rights, contact me at support@korewebdynamics.com. I may require identity verification before processing your request.

If you provide your phone number and check the consent box on my website (for example, in the subscribe popup offering discounts and updates), you agree to receive recurring, automated marketing text messages from Kore Web Dynamics LLC at that number — including subscriber discounts, site updates, new feature announcements, and technology news.

• Consent to receive texts is never a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
• Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.
• You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message, or by contacting support@korewebdynamics.com. Reply HELP for help.
• I do not share your phone number with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

This site has an AI assistant called Korey, and some of my tools use AI to draft content. This section explains exactly what happens to what you type, because it is not obvious from using it.

a. Where your words go

Messages you send to Korey are sent to Google's Gemini API in order to generate a reply. That means your message leaves my systems and is processed by Google under their terms. Google also keeps the conversation history on their side so that a conversation can continue from one message to the next.

b. Please don't tell it anything sensitive

Korey is a sales and support assistant, not a secure channel. Do not enter passwords, card or bank numbers, Social Security numbers, or any health or medical information. Korey is instructed never to ask for these, and never to repeat them back — but the reliable protection is not sending them in the first place. For anything about your account, email or call me instead.

c. It can be wrong

AI answers can be inaccurate or out of date, and Korey can be confidently wrong. Nothing it says is a quote, a contract, or advice, and it cannot agree a price, a discount, a deadline or a change to any agreement. Please confirm anything important with me directly before relying on it.

d. If you give it your details

If you ask Korey to pass on a message or arrange a meeting, the contact details you give are emailed to me so I can follow up. That is the only reason they are used.

e. Reviewing conversations

I sometimes read real conversations to find where Korey answered badly and improve it. Those conversations are treated as customer information under this policy and are not shared with anyone or fed into any other tool.

f. Our public chat room

I also keep a public room on Google Chat. It is public: anyone who joins can see what is posted there, and Google's own terms apply to it. Please keep account details, invoices and personal information out of it and contact me privately for those.

When you first visit my website, you'll see a cookie consent banner asking whether you'd like to allow analytics cookies (Google Analytics) — I only load cookie-based tracking after you accept. You can change your choice at any time using the "Cookie Preferences" link in the site footer.

You can also manage cookies through your browser settings, but disabling cookies entirely may affect website functionality beyond just analytics.

My website or services may contain links to third-party websites (e.g., payment processors or advertising platforms). I am not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties.

My services are not intended for individuals under 13. I do not knowingly collect personal information from children; if I become aware of such data, I will delete it.

If you are located outside Missouri or the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States, where my servers or third-party providers are located.

I may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in my practices or legal requirements, and will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated policy or contacting you directly.
