There is always something running underneath
A website is the part people see. Underneath it there is a server answering requests, a certificate being renewed, backups being taken, software being patched, and somebody watching whether any of it stopped. Hosting is that layer - and whether it is being looked after is invisible right up until the day it is not.
Every plan here covers that layer. The difference between tiers is how much of your site we keep working on once the server side is handled.
What the Platinum credit actually buys
Platinum includes a $120 credit in developer time each month — four hours at our standard $30/hour rate. Not a support queue - real build time, and it is yours to spend on whatever the site needs that month. Here's what four hours actually covers:
