Terms of Service

By engaging Kore Web Dynamics LLC ("I," "me," or "my") for website development, hosting, SEO/AEO/GEO, AI integration, mobile app development, or any other service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use my services.

Project scope, deliverables, and pricing are agreed upon on a job-by-job basis before work begins, whether discussed by email, phone, in person, or through the Website Builder or contact form on this site. Significant changes to scope after work has started may affect the price or timeline — I'll always discuss this with you before proceeding.

Pricing is flexible and quoted per project. I offer payment plans, and for smaller jobs I often complete the work before requiring payment to build trust. Monthly retainers and hosting fees are billed on a recurring basis and are due on the agreed schedule.

Late or missed payments on hosting or retainer services may result in a pause of services, including taking a hosted website offline, after reasonable notice.

You're responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and any content (text, images, logos, credentials) needed to complete your project. Delays in providing these may affect delivery timelines.

Once a project is paid in full, ownership of the final website, app, or deliverable transfers to you, excluding any third-party licenses (stock photography, fonts, plugins, or platforms like WordPress) which remain governed by their own terms. I retain the right to showcase completed work in my own portfolio and marketing unless we agree otherwise in writing.

I take reasonable measures to keep hosted websites secure and available, but I do not guarantee 100% uptime. I'm not liable for downtime caused by factors outside my reasonable control, including third-party service outages, DNS providers, or force majeure events.

Chatbots, voice agents, and other AI features are powered by third-party AI providers (such as Google's Gemini API). While these tools are trained on your business information, AI-generated responses can occasionally be inaccurate, and I recommend reviewing critical or sensitive responses. I am not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of AI-generated output.

To the fullest extent permitted by Missouri law, Kore Web Dynamics LLC's total liability for any claim related to my services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. I am not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost data.

Either party may end an ongoing engagement (such as a hosting plan or retainer) with written notice. Fees already paid for work completed are non-refundable; any outstanding balance for work performed prior to termination remains due.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Missouri.

I may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in my practices or legal requirements. I'll notify you of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on this site or contacting you directly.
