What We're Building Toward: Our Goal as a Company

By Zach Williams5 min read

Most "about us" pages say the same three things: we're passionate, we're experienced, we care about your success. All true, probably, of every agency you've ever gotten a quote from. So instead, here's an honest answer to a more specific question: what is Kore Web Dynamics actually trying to build, over the next few years, and why?

The problem we started around

Springfield and the rest of Missouri are full of small businesses that get quoted enterprise-agency prices for what should be a straightforward website, or get pushed toward a $9.99 AI generator that leaves them with no one accountable once something breaks. Neither option fits most local businesses. We started Kore Web Dynamics to sit in the actual gap between those two extremes — real, custom development and an ongoing relationship, priced like a local shop instead of a big-city agency.

Big-tech capability. Small-town pricing.
The line on our homepage — and the actual operating principle behind every quote we send.

What that looks like in practice

  • Transparent, job-by-job pricing instead of vague "contact us for a custom quote" pages
  • A real developer relationship after launch, not a one-time handoff — see the developer time bundled into our higher hosting tiers
  • Payment plans and monthly retainers instead of one large bill required up front
  • Every build using the same production-grade stack we'd use for a much larger client: Next.js, TypeScript, and modern tooling — not a stripped-down template

Where we're headed next

Two things are actively in motion right now. First, we're continuing to build out specialized service depth — SEO, AEO, and GEO as three distinct disciplines rather than one vague "marketing" line item, because search itself is splitting into three different behaviors (typing into Google, asking a voice assistant, asking ChatGPT) and businesses need a real strategy for all three, not just the one they've heard of.

Second, and bigger: Agent Four, our standalone AI agent deployment platform, is launching soon under the same company. It's built from the same conviction the whole business is built on — that genuinely useful AI shouldn't be locked behind enterprise pricing or require your own engineering team to stand up. If a Fortune 500 company can have an AI agent answering calls, qualifying leads, and updating a CRM automatically, a Missouri small business should be able to have the same thing, without the Fortune 500 budget.

Why this matters more than it sounds like it should

A lot of agencies grow by taking on bigger clients and quietly deprioritizing the small ones. Our goal runs the other direction: get better at serving the businesses that got overlooked or overcharged the first time around, and keep proving that "affordable" and "actually good" aren't opposites. That's the whole company, in one sentence — not a mission statement written for a wall, just what we're actually doing, one build at a time.
